Outlet Supervisor - Lalaport BBCC

Job Descriptions:
-Assist in the training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff
-Oversee the entire kitchen operations include food preparation and production
-Supervise kitchen crew daily activities to ensure all process compliance with food and restaurant health and safety regulations and sanitation requirements set by MOH
-Maintain and monitor inventory of all needed supplies in the restaurant such as kitchen supplies, ingredients and cleaning products.
-Ensure necessary documentation, records, reporting, compilation and/or charts being timely prepared and submitted.
-Work together with the kitchen team to prepare foods such as sauce, in-house beverages, while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements.

Requirement:
-Passionate about F&B & able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Able to commit rotational shift, weekends and public holidays
-Good team player and min 2 years experience in F&B
-Must be willing to travel different branches when necessary
