Centre Hours: 8:30 – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday, Saturday 8:30 to 1:00pm (Sunday/PH: Closed)



The Opportunity

Working full-time at our Cancer Centre, you’ll join a truly connected and talented team who are passionate about delivering the best possible patient care.

This hybrid role mixes patient facing customer service with back of house administration tasks: The best of both worlds!

Organising, retrieval and distribution of medical records for our outpatients

Sorting and filing medical records where applicable

Maintaining the records registers

Completing Audits of Medical Records

Creating hard charts for clinics

Ensuring patients details are checked and updated on a regular basis

Providing refreshments for patients

Stock ordering and receiving

Providing chaperone services to support patients experience during their visit to our centre

Support nursing and pharmacy processes through delivery of medicines between departments

Provide simple observations and vitals for patients during their visit

What we hope you bring to the team

Experience in a similar role within the Healthcare industry.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Ability to communicate with clarity both verbally (face-to-face and telephone) and written.

Ability to use computer systems – competence required in Word and Excel.

Delivery of excellent client service (to internal and/or external clients).

Working autonomously, with a focus on compliance, repetitive tasks.
