Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities
-Process monthly payroll accurately and in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
-Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other payroll-related data.
-Prepare and submit statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) within required deadlines.
-Generate payroll reports and support finance in month-end closing activities.
-Handle queries from employees regarding payroll , payslips, and statutory matters.
-Liaise with Finance, HR and external agencies on payroll-related matters.

Requirements
-Minimum Requirement : Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
-Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in payroll processing (preferably using Kakitangan)
-Strong understanding of Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax).
-High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.
