Pet Groomer

Minimum 1 year of pet grooming experience (certification is an advantage)
Able to groom cats and/or dogs confidently
Knowledge of different breeds and grooming techniques
Patient, responsible, and genuinely loves animals
Able to work weekends and public holidays
Good teamwork and communication skills
Responsibilities
Provide grooming services such as bathing, drying, brushing, trimming, shaving, nail
clipping, and ear cleaning
Handle pets safely and calmly during grooming sessions
Check pet skin and coat condition and report any issues to pet owners or supervisors
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of grooming areas, tools, and equipment
Follow grooming SOPs, safety guidelines, and company standards
Communicate professionally with pet parents regarding grooming needs and care
Manage grooming appointments and complete services within scheduled time
Ensure a positive grooming experience for pets and pet parents
