Requirements

. Provide compassionate and professional funeral and cremation services for pets, ensuring the highest standards of care and respect during a difficult time for pet owners.
. Assist clients in selecting appropriate memorial products and services, guiding them through the process with empathy and understanding.
. Maintain a clean, organized, and serene environment within the pet memorial facility, adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
. Handle pets with gentleness, care, and respect during all stages of the funeral and cremation process.
. Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Mandarin, providing clear explanations and support.
. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing paperwork, and maintaining client records with meticulous attention to detail.
. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive client experience.
Responsibilities

. Assist in the dignified handling and transportation of deceased pets from client locations to the memorial center,ensuring utmost care and respect.
. Provide compassionate support and clear communication to grieving pet owners in Mandarin and English,guiding them through the funeral and cremation process.
. Prepare pets for cremation or burial services, including gentle cleaning and dressing, with meticulous attention to detail.
. Maintain a clean, organized, and serene environment within the memorial center, including chapels, viewing rooms, and operational areas.
. Operate cremation equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all operational procedures and environmental regulations.
. Assist with the creation of memorial keepsakes, such as paw prints or fur clippings, as requested by clients.
. Manage inventory of supplies and materials related to funeral services, ensuring adequate stock levels.
. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing paperwork, and maintaining client records with accuracy.
. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, demonstrating empathy and providing accurate information about services.
. Support senior staff in conducting memorial services and ceremonies, ensuring a smooth and respectful experience for families.
