任职资格

最低学历要求：SPM / 文凭
具备良好的英语和中文（普通话）沟通能力
以客户为导向，有耐心，注重细节
能够同时处理多项任务，并高效应对客户咨询
熟悉社交媒体平台及即时通讯工具
具备基本电脑操作能力，并愿意学习公司内部系统
有客户服务相关经验者优先，欢迎应届毕业生申请
通过社交媒体、WhatsApp、BEUTEA应用程序及其他
沟通渠道，及时专业地回复客户咨询。
处理与产品、促销活动、优惠券、营销活动及门店信息
相关的问题。
协助客户处理订单相关事宜，包括配送问题、优惠券兑
换及基础售后服务。
记录、跟进并追踪客户反馈或投诉，必要时及时上报至
相关部门。
与内部团队协调合作，确保信息准确无误并顺利解决问
题。
始终保持礼貌、富有同理心且以客户为中心的服务态
度。
协助完成与客户服务运营相关的简单行政或后台任务。
通过提供一致、亲切且高品质的服务，维护BEUTEA的
品牌形象。
