About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our clinical and wellness team. The role focuses on delivering patient centred care, supporting recovery, improving mobility, and helping patients achieve better long term physical health outcomes through structured rehabilitation and treatment planning.

This position is open to both experienced physiotherapists and fresh graduates who are eager to grow in a structured, supportive, and learning focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify musculoskeletal and functional issues, and formulate personalized rehabilitation plans.
- Provide physiotherapy interventions according to patients’ clinical conditions, evaluate recovery progress, and modify treatment approaches when necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Guide patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques, posture improvement, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Ensure proper maintenance of clinical records, including patient assessments, treatment documentation, and progress updates.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing ideas to enhance treatment standards and service quality within the centre.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of physiotherapy principles, rehabilitation techniques, and treatment planning
- Good communication skills with the ability to build strong patient relationships
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn and adapt
- Female candidates preferred
- Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage
- Passionate about patient care and long term recovery outcomes
- Comfortable working in a structured wellness environment
