Pick-up Supervisor - First Mile, SPX Express (Klang Valley)

Job Scope:

Coordinate and monitor seller pick-up orders.

Assign pick-up locations and routes based on schedule and cost efficiency.

Monitor driver and rider productivity to ensure timely pick-ups.

Check parcel quantity and condition upon arrival at the warehouse.

Ensure inbound operations follow SOP and safety guidelines.

Handle seller complaints and support basic issue investigation.

Track and report operational KPIs.

Support training and deployment of new drivers when needed.


Job Requirements:

Willing to work shifts, up to 6 days a week.

Experience in logistics or warehouse operations is preferred.

Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.

Familiar with routing, postcodes, and delivery area.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good leadership and communication skills.
