About the role

Tomaz Shoes (Retail) is seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Pickleball Crew in our Subang Jaya Selangor store. As a Pickleball Crew member, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the efficient operation of our pickleball courts.

What you'll be doing

-Greeting and assisting customers with their pickleball needs, including court reservations, equipment rentals, and providing guidance on gameplay

-Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the pickleball courts and surrounding areas

-Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive, welcoming atmosphere for all visitors

-Assisting with the set-up and breakdown of pickleball equipment and courts

-Collaborating with the wider retail team to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive customer experience

-Adhering to all health, safety, and security protocols


What we're looking for

-A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in pickleball

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers of all ages and backgrounds

-Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to efficiently manage various responsibilities

-A team-oriented mindset and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment

-Previous experience in a customer-facing role or the hospitality industry is preferred
