Power Platform Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps).

Create and manage automated workflows and business process flows using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency.

Customize and configure Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows to meet business needs.

Manage and optimize data within Microsoft Dataverse, ensuring data integrity, security, and seamless integration with other systems.

Perform data migrations, system upgrades, and maintain high availability and performance of Power Platform environments.

Develop custom connectors and integrations between Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 services (e.g., SharePoint, Teams), and external systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

Provide documentation, training, and support to end-users and internal teams.

Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.



Required Qualifications

Have experience with Power Platform development and administration.

Proven experience designing and developing Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) and automating workflows using Power Automate.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse for data modeling, management, and integration.

Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and Dynamics 365 SDK for plugin and workflow development.

Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services and external APIs.

Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Fluent in conversational English and can also communicate effectively in Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking clients.



Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, and other Azure integration services.

Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance best practices for cloud applications.

Experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams and using Azure DevOps for CI/CD.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including creating and managing bots, agents, topics, actions, plugins, and analytics.
