Pre Sales Specialist- Production Printing Business Group

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND SPECIFIC DUTIES

1. Support pre-sales activities such as Proof of Concept (POC), product demonstrations, and testing of files and media, leveraging a consultative, solution-based selling approach.

2. Deliver on-site or online Key Operator Training (KOT) for Production Printers (PP) and related products during new installations or as needed.

3. Design and deliver training modules through on-site sessions, online webinars, or video content.

4. Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations of hardware and software applications for both internal teams and external customers.

5. Serve as a subject matter expert on Ricoh’s production printers and related workflow solutions, delivering essential support to the Sales team.

6. Act as the primary contact for the service team in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to color controllers, color management, and software applications.

7. Manage assigned accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and timely support.

8. Develop innovative sample applications to enhance customer engagement and support sales initiatives.

9. Lead initiatives that enhance pre-sales effectiveness, strengthen customer relationships, and boost market visibility.


EDUCATION

Diploma or Degree in Printing Industry / IT / Engineering or equivalent



KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Production Printing industry.

2. Strong expertise in Graphic Arts Solutions, encompassing both hardware and software components.

3. Exceptional presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Creative Suite, and color management software.

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

6. Proactive in following up on tasks to meet deadlines and effective in collaborating within a team environment.
