Who We’re Looking For:

Diploma / Degree holders (Education, Psychology, Management or related fields)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to communicate in English (Mandarin is a strong advantage)
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Passionate about child development, family support, and team building
Open-minded, humble, and ready to lead with heart
Committed to grow with us for at least 1 year or more
Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing (With Lots of Heart ️)

As a Starway Preschool Principal, you're not just overseeing a center — you're shaping the culture that shapes little lives.

Leading with Purpose

Manage and mentor a team of dedicated early childhood educators
Guide daily school operations to ensure a nurturing, high-quality learning environment
Build strong, trust-based relationships with parents and staff
Drive school enrollment, maintain standards, and uphold Starway’s mission
Teaching by Example

Step into the classroom as needed — lead by doing, not just directing
Support children aged 1.5–6 in their emotional, cognitive, and social development
Coach students to build real-life skills through gentle, purposeful guidance
Observe, wait, and guide — no shouting, just heart-led connection
Communicate with children and families in Mandarin and English to foster strong bonds
Model emotional intelligence, empathy, and patience every day
