SPM / Diploma / Degree holders (any field — not limited to education)
Able to speak in English and Mandarin
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing (With Lots of Heart ️)

As a Starway Teacher, you're not just leading a class — you're shaping little lives.

Guide and care for children aged 1.5–6 with patience and purpose
️Communicate confidently in Mandarin to build strong connections
Observe, wait, and gently guide — no shouting, just heart-led coaching
Form secure, trusting bonds with each child, because connection comes first
‍‍Team up with parents as partners in their child’s growth journey
Coach students 1-on-1 (60% of the time!) to help them unlock real-life skills, step by step
IT’s not just a job — it’s a mission. You’ll be their role model, cheerleader, and safe space — all rolled into one!
