Primary Educator

Requirements

Fluent in Spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
Possess a degree or diploma in Education or a related field.
Fresh graduate are welcome; Those with 1-2 years in primary daycare is bonus
Responsible, accountable, and willing to learn and grow
Passionate about children and transformation
Keen interest in the education industry
Big heart in contributing to the world and standing for world peace
Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
Strong time management skills
Excellent web and desktop skills, including Microsoft Office and G-Suite
Storytelling skills, presentation skills, problem-solving techniques
Experience of working with children and studying children, education, or psychology is a bonus point
Responsibilities

Building rapport with parents, preparing lesson plans
Stimulating children’s interest in academic studies
Providing academic enrichment classes, and promoting holistic development through experiential games and activities.
Creating debriefs for completed classes
Collaborating with parents to update children’s growth and progress
Managing parent’s expectation, and modifying modules SOPs.
