Process Engineer

Qualify new products, materials, and methods in line with engineering changes.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of wafer process flow and mechanisms, and collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize key processes to achieve:

Quality improvements (e.g., wafer cracks, wafer handling issues, electrical failures, etc.)

Productivity improvements (e.g., production output, operational efficiency, etc.)

Cost reduction initiatives (e.g., material optimization, energy-saving programs, etc.)

Support troubleshooting of non-conforming products to restore and maintain product quality.

Sustain and continuously improve key process variables (inputs and outputs).

Ensure achievement of quality standards and production targets set by Management.

Participate in new equipment setup, commissioning, and qualification activities.

Train and certify engineers-in-training in performing their roles and responsibilities.

Develop and propose innovative ideas and solutions to improve yield performance.
