Process & Production Engineer

We are looking for a Junior/Senior Process & Production Engineer who will be part of operation team and focus on manufacturing process improvement.

Your Tasks:

Monitor production progress, work-in-process status, and output performance to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with quality requirements

Collect, analyze, and interpret production data; prepare reports and improvement proposals.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) work instructions, and control plan.

Lead in process optimization, cycle time reduction, scrap reduction, and continuous improvement activities

Participate in new process or product introduction, qualification, and production ramp-up activities

Maintain accurate and complete manufacturing records, production documentation, and standard operating procedures in accordance with company policies

Prepare, analyze, and distribute production reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to relevant departments for management review

Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to enhance product performance and reduce defects

Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma

Ensure a Safe working environment and good 5S practice (zero incident/accident)

Any other tasks assigned by superiors based on the business needs/requirements



Your Skills:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field

At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in process engineering or manufacturing.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and technical specifications.

Familiar with CAD software is an advantage.

Strong problem-solving and analytic skills.

Willing to learn and continuously self-develop.

Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
