职位描述
Key Responsibilities
Check and verify duplicated or incorrect orders and take corrective actions via system and internal communication tools.
Manage SKU switching for orders involving multiple suppliers, ensuring FIFO compliance.
Create and process reorder and replacement orders via system and internal platforms.
Update order details including delivery date, pricing, and quantities.
Handle order cancellation requests and system updates.
Issue and revise Purchase Orders (POs) as required.
Verify warehouse receiving and sorting lists to ensure accuracy.
Allocate stock for partial shortages and update shortage or special request memos.
Report shortages or excess stock to farmers/suppliers and follow up accordingly.
Send reminders and follow up on post cut-off orders from Sales, including key accounts.
Maintain and update extra allocation lists, reservations, and revised POs.
Follow up on Certificates of Analysis (COA) and other product-related certifications.
Track and follow up on payment status requested by farmers or suppliers.
Update daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc cost adjustments in the system and product list.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
Experience in procurement or supply chain operations is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome if coachable.
Highly system-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable working with multiple platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Willing to work on a shift-based schedule.
Working Hours (Shift-Based)
5 working days (with 2 rotational off days).
Schedule is subject to management arrangement (3 Shifts in total, morning to afternoon, afternoon to 12am shift)
