Procurement Executive - Klang

Key Responsibilities
-Plan and manage overall procurement activities for ingredients, packaging, and operations supplies.
-Control stock levels and purchasing to prevent overstocking or shortages.
-Monitor and manage purchasing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and accuracy.
-Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers to achieve the best value without compromising quality.
-Collaborate with Outlet Managers, R&D Chefs, and Finance on demand forecasting and inventory planning.
-Evaluate supplier performance and maintain an updated vendor database.
-Ensure all supplies meet quality, safety, and halal compliance standards.
-Analyze cost trends and provide monthly procurement and budget reports to management.
-Support new outlet openings by planning and securing materials on time.

Requirements
-Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
-2–3 years experience in procurement, stock control, or budgeting (F&B experience preferred).
-Strong negotiation, analytical, and planning skills.
-Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
-Proficient in Excel, inventory tracking, and cost analysis.
-Bilingual in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
