Procurement Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements

Responsibilities
-Coordinate with vendors and warehouse teams regarding ordering, stock levels, delivery schedules, and product-related matters
-Support the Sales Admin team in handling customer orders
-Assist with stock planning and inventory monitoring together with the warehouse
-Responsible for sourcing products and negotiating pricing with suppliers
-Manage purchasing of company consumables and ensure sufficient supply
