The Job

Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop and optimize molds for plastic components, ensuring manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee the selection, maintenance, and calibration of molding tools and equipment to ensure consistent quality and performance.
Analyze and improve molding processes to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize defects.
The Talent

Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
Strong understanding of plastic injection molding machines, including single-shot and multi-shot molding
Proficient in 2D/3D CAD software and Microsoft Office applications
