Product Executive

Who are we looking for?

Minimum Education: Minimum education of Bachelor Degree in Science, a Bachelor of Pharmacy would be an advantage.

Minimum experience of 2 years in sales or marketing, preferably in pharmaceuticals industry and relevant TC would be an advantage.

What are your responsibilities?

To drive, plan and implement successful marketing strategies for brand/therapeutic classes under responsibility towards achieving business objectives on revenue, growth and profitability

To ensure overall compliance of the company’s operations to the related legislative poisons and Dangerous Drug acts and Regulation of Malaysia. Key Accountabilities:

To ensure achievement of sales, profit and growth targets of the assigned ethical product range through exploring effective pre-marketing activities, market research, planning, implementation, monitoring and revision of feasible marketing strategies for new and existing products.

To ensure planning and execution of marketing activities to key accounts in assigned channel to achieve sales growth and strengthen customer relationships.

To effectively manage promotional budget to run marketing activities to achieve sales target. T

To equip sales force with product knowledge via product training and relevant sales aid.

To effectively forecast and monitor ethical stocks in order to maintain healthy stock level and no out of stock situation.

To conduct market visits for the market assessment and analysis for development of effective marketing plans and strategies.

To ensure overall compliance to related pharmaceutical poisons and dangerous acts in all aspects, including advertisement, documentation, traceable recordings, storage, suppl and distribution.

To assist Product Manager or Head of Franchise in other relevant task eg: projects, cross therapeutic roles, etc. 10. To manage DKSH as third party distributors to ensure smooth operation and effective inventory management for both east and west Malaysia.

To ensure company overall compliance to related pharmaceutical Poisons and Dangerous Acts in all aspects, including advertisement (KKLIU-Kementerian Kesihatan Lembaga Iklan Ubat), traceable recordings, documentation, storage, supply and distribution for products owned by all Duopharma entities including DMSB, DMktg, DDSB, DMfgB and DHAPI.
