Product Specialist

What you'll be doing
-Support the Business Development team with Accessories proposals at customer sites
-Conduct on-site product demonstrations and explain Accessories features and benefits
-Gather customer feedback and analyze market needs, pricing, and product trends
-Identify job-site challenges and recommend suitable Accessories solutions
-Work with the Sales team to promote Accessories to dealers, including independent visits
-Conduct product training for dealer staff
-Monitor and improve Accessories product displays at dealer stores
-Customize dealer proposals, including volume-based recommendations for high-demand items
-Plan and execute Accessories promotions, roadshows, exhibitions, and seminars
-Analyze promotion effectiveness and share insights for future improvement
-Develop demo materials, success stories, and category-based Accessories packages
-Perform field activities, market research, and other duties as assigned

What we're looking for
-Minimum Diploma in a related field.
-Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Willingness to travel as required.
-Strong communication and presentation skills.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to develop tailored solutions.
-Experience in sales, training, or promotion of technical products is an advantage.
-Required languages are English and Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese is an added advantage.
