PRODUCTION ASSISTANT MANAGER

1.Responsible for / assist in organizing production planning and tracking order delivery to ensure balanced and timely fulfillment.
2.Conduct on-site process discipline inspections and quality process control, ensuring compliance with applicable medical device regulatory requirements.
3.Coordinate the daily management of equipment, tooling, and molds to ensure stable operation of the production line.
4.Responsible for the daily management of local frontline supervisors and team leaders.
5.Develop and train local management personnel and establish a localized talent development pipeline.
6.Serve as a communication bridge between Chinese management and local employees, coordinating and resolving cross-language and cross-functional issues.
7.Assist in implementing the production management system, support internal and external audits, and ensure production records are complete and compliant.
8.During the manager’s absence, take charge of the department’s daily management in accordance with written authorization and coordinate cross-departmental activities.
9.Immediately report any major quality, safety, or equipment abnormalities and handle them in accordance with company procedures.
10.Maintain the confidentiality of product- and process-related trade secrets and perform other duties assigned by the superior.
