Production Control/ Material Control Executive

Reporting to the Planning Manager, the Material Control Executive will be responsible for the following, i.e.

Develop material requirements plans based on sales and production schedules, and supervise their execution.

Raise timely alerts for material exceptions, track and provide feedback on material returns or exchanges, and report regularly.

Monitor the material delivery achievement rate according to production plans and material requisition schedules.

Establish and maintain safety stock levels for routine materials.

Generate monthly reports on obsolete and slow-moving materials by exporting relevant data from the system, and provide actionable recommendations for their disposal, reallocation, or inventory optimization.

Organize and prepare materials that do not have a BOM or process route.

Track supplier delivery performance and implement improvements to ensure effective material follow-up.

Handle and follow up on abnormal material shortages or surpluses.

Collaborate with the Program Manager, Supply Chain and Inventory teams to ensure alignment between demand forecasts and inventory strategies.

Assist the superior with assigned tasks and report work progress in a timely manner.
