Production Executive / Engineer

About the role

As a Production Executive/Engineer at Mewah Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing facilities. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing production planning, scheduling, and process optimization to meet our company's ambitious growth targets. What you'll be doing

Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to customers

Monitor and analyse production data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and bottlenecks

Implement lean manufacturing principles and other productivity initiatives to drive operational excellence

Provide technical support and training to production teams to enhance their skills and capabilities

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations

Contribute to the development of production strategies and the implementation of new technologies

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Food Science . Engineering, Production Management, or a related field

0-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment

Proficient in the use of production planning and scheduling software

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems

Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
