Production Manager

· Lead, supervise, and motivate the production team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

· Develop and implement production schedules to optimize efficiency and resource utilization.

· Monitor production processes and adjust the schedule as needed.

· Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.

· Collaborate with the engineering, quality assurance, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow.

· Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.

· Prepare and maintain production reports for management review.

· Train and develop production staff to enhance skills and productivity.

· Monitor inventory levels to prevent production downtime.


Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.

-Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in production management or a supervisory role.

-Engineering background with SolidWorks skills required.

-Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

-Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

-Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices will be an added advantage.
