Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.

Lead, supervise, and motivate production staff and supervisors to achieve performance goals.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development support.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.

Promote safe work practices and conduct regular safety inspections and audits.

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in production or manufacturing management.

Strong knowledge of production planning, quality management systems, and safety regulations.

Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
