PRODUCTION MANAGER

Qualifications & experience
-Degree in Engineering or related field
-Minimum 5 years exposure in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years at Manager level
-Possess strong leadership and able to maintain a well disciplined and motivated workforce
-Able to manage resources to achieve key goals of the organization

Tasks & responsibilities
-Ensure manufacturing capability / capacity to meet demands.
-Review manufacturing capacity in line with existing equipment, headcount and other constraints versus demand
-Monitor resources e.g. machine availability, mould requirement, material requirement, etc on a weekly basis
-Prepare and update monthly and yearly goals and objectives for each different section of production in line with the company's goals and objectives.
