Production Planner

You are expected to :

Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to schedule orders for production and shipping to meet delivery due dates with available production capacity, manpower and material inventory.

Generate the necessary documentation for production to run according to schedule.

Work closely with manufacturing, quality, engineering and packing teams to align priorities according to shipment schedule, in order to ensure on-time delivery.

Work with cross-functional teams on continual improvement activities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes.

Support compilation of KPI reports for management review.

Conduct internal audits when required.

Any other duties & responsibilities which the Management / Superior may assign from time to time.



You should possess:

Bachelor degree in any technical discipline with 2 years of relevant experience in a diverse process manufacturing environment.

Intermediate computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Experience in using ERP systems.

Experience in IATF16949, VDA, ISO9001 and ISO14001 will be advantageous.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing will be advantageous
