Production Planning-Control Executive

Responsibilities:

. Develops a production schedule detailing all tasks with the plan completion time to meet customer order and
generates work order based on the schedules.
. Managing and controlling stock levels for respective models.
. Generate forecasts and process purchase requisition for raw from the approved vendors. The forecasts are to
be email to all vendors respectively monthly.
. The planner must use lead-time information to ensure that materials are received in a timely manner for
production needs and verify the receipt.
. Monitor the performance of vendors.
. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.
. Determine root causes for part shortages & implement permanent corrective action.
. Production achievement reports.

Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree in any recognized discipline.
. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in production planning or a manufacturing
environment are encouraged to apply.
. Basic knowledge of MRP systems and inventory management.
. Understanding of production operations and workflows across various processes.
· Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
· Effective negotiation skills.
. Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
