Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
1.Production Management
-Lead and oversee daily production operations to ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved.
-Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to maintain smooth production flow.

2.Cost Control & Efficiency
-Implement and monitor cost control measures to improve productivity and reduce waste.
-Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

3.Quality Assurance
-Ensure product quality meets company and customer standards through regular on-site quality checks.
-Support compliance with quality management systems and production SOPs.

4.Safety Leadership
-Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
-Drive safety initiatives with the goal of achieving zero-accident performance.

5.Team Development
-Train, guide, and supervise production team members to enhance skills, discipline, and performance.
-Support onboarding and skill development for new team members.

6.Continuous Improvement
-Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to improve processes and optimize operations.
-Contribute to long-term operational and strategic growth initiatives.

Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, or a related field.
-Minimum 1 - 3year of experience in production, manufacturing, or production management roles.
-Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and safe & civilized production practices.
-Basic understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 / VDA quality management systems.
-Strong sense of responsibility, hands-on mindset, and good communication skills.
-Willingness to work on the production floor and support operational needs when required.
