Production Supervisor

Job Description

Lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders to achieve output, quality, and cycle time targets.
Follow cleanroom protocols, safety regulations, and quality standards at all times.
Participate in process improvement, cost reduction, yield enhancement projects & RPA.
Comply with company policies, EHS requirements, and industry regulations
Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations

Qualifications

Minimum qualification of SPM / O‑Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Graduate Diploma
At least 1–3 years of working experience in a Production Supervisor role
Willingness and ability to work in a cleanroom environment
Basic proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
