Professional Oral Care Executive

About the role

Seeking an exceptional Professional Oral Care Executive to join the dynamic team at Southern Lion Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of consumer household and oral care products. In this full-time role in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a pivotal part in managing key customer relationships and driving sales growth for our dental solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Deliver product training, scientific presentations, and educational talks to dental professionals.

Build and maintain relationships with dentists, KOLs, universities, associations, and government dental bodies.

Drive professional endorsement and brand visibility through strategic collaborations and programs.

Identify market opportunities and provide insights to support brand strategy and growth.

Monitor competitor activities and gather feedback from dental professionals.

Support marketing teams by aligning professional initiatives with retail strategies.

Plan and manage dental events, conferences, and educational programs.

Coordinate logistics, samples, and materials for field and event activities.

Prepare monthly activity reports and insights for management.

Conduct regular dental clinic visits to drive product detailing, sampling, and recommendation growth.

Manage A&P budgets and monitor stock ordering and inventory levels.

What we're looking for

Degree in relevant field (Business, Marketing etc.)

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in dental, pharmaceutical or healthcare industries

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

Ability to simplify and present scientific information effectively

Well verse in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Willing to travel frequently for professional visits and events

Able to handle ad-hoc task
