Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Program & Account Management
Serve as the primary contact for customers on commercial and operational matters, including pricing, lead time, and product availability.

Oversee end-to-end program execution to ensure alignment with customer expectations and service commitments.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to support long-term partnership growth.

2. Supply Chain & Operations
Manage overall backlog and inventory planning to meet customer demand and forecast requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams on stock planning, procurement, and fulfillment activities.

Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.

3. Sourcing & Vendor Management
Engage suppliers to support sourcing strategies, cost optimization, and margin improvement initiatives.

Monitor supplier performance and ensure alignment with program requirements.

4. Sales Support & Business Growth
Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities for program expansion and customer growth.

Support customer business reviews and provide insights on performance, spend analysis, and improvement opportunities.

Work closely with global account teams to align on execution strategies.

5. Order & Customer Management
Oversee order processing activities, ensuring accuracy against customer purchase orders.

Actively coordinate with customers on order status, delivery updates, and issue resolution.

6. Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving
Proactively identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Education
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline

Experience
Minimum 7 - 8 years of relevant experience in:

Program management, account management, or customer-facing roles.

OR supply chain planning, procurement, or order fulfillment environments.

Exposure to complex Bill of Materials (BOM) and work order management is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.

Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.

High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail.

Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Effective communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

Positive attitude with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Must be able to be based at Bukit Mertajam, Penang.
