Project Architect

Job Description / Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate architectural projects from concept to completion under the guidance of senior management.

Prepare design proposals, technical drawings, and detailed specifications in compliance with regulatory standards.

Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.

Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and M&E drawings to resolve design issues.

Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements are met.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design intent.

Prepare submissions for authorities’ approval and handle project-related documentation.



Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.

Minimum 5 - 6 years of working experience in architectural project management.

Strong knowledge of local building codes, authority submission requirements, and construction practices.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
