Project & Event Executive

Responsible for road show set up:

Work closely with Sales team and marketing team on the roadshow layout drawing and gel the roadshow concept with marketing campaign.

Liaise with contractor on the layout plan and set up details.

To ensure the layout planning and structure is complied with brand guideline.

To monitor the roadshow set up process and ensure set up as per layout plan.

To prepare monthly report on the road show set up.

To monitor & upkeep the quantity of structure and furniture at warehouse.



Responsible for warehouse and road show structure maintenance:

To ensure the furniture inventory master list is always up to date.

To plan and arrange the structure and furniture to road show and outlet.



Requirement:

At least 1 year of relevant working experience

Ability to understand & interpret 2D layout drawings.

Independent, resourceful & integrity.

Experience dealing with contractors.

Have the fair knowledge in basic graphic design.

Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
