Project Executive

The Project Executive supports daily operations and project activities across the ECO Group of Companies. Reporting to the Head of Business-IPO, the role includes coordinating branch setup, supporting operational improvements, ensuring compliance with company standards, and assisting in project execution. The position also involves monitoring project timelines, coordinating with subcontractors, and supporting smooth business operations through effective teamwork and collaboration.


Job Responsibilities
• Collaborate with internal teams and companies within the ECO Group to support smooth daily operations and business objectives.
• Assist in coordinating new branch setup activities, including interior works, equipment installation, and IT setup.
• Support operational processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure all operations and projects comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant parties on project progress.
• Maintain effective communication and teamwork to support a positive and productive work environment.


Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, administration, or related fields is an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge in project coordination, renovation, or site supervision is an advantage.
• Willing to travel, conduct site visits, and work outstation when required.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
