Project Manager

What You'll Do:

Lead, plan, and oversee the execution of complex construction projects, ensuring excellence in delivery across schedule, budget, and quality targets.

Manage multiple projects concurrently, providing leadership and direction to project teams, engineers, and subcontractors.

Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.

Review and validate technical drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.

Serve as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, and stakeholders — ensuring clear communication and proactive issue resolution.

Monitor and control site activities to ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and statutory regulations.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, mentoring project engineers and developing the next generation of project leaders.

Report project progress, financial performance, and potential risks to senior management.


What You Bring:

A confident project leader with experience delivering complex projects in high-impact industries, including Data Centers, Semiconductor, and FMCG, driven by technical excellence, effective coordination, and disciplined execution.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).

10+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing construction or MEP projects.

Proven experience in managing advance industrial, cleanroom, or data center projects will be an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, construction sequencing, and commissioning processes.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent qualification is a strong advantage.
