Project Manager (Building)

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources, and establish timelines.
Budget & Cost Control:
Prepare cost estimates, manage project budgets, oversee procurement, and handle change orders.
Site Management:
Supervise daily on-site operations and resolve technical or contractual challenges promptly.
Quality Assurance: Implement QA/QC procedures and ensure all structural and architectural deliverables meet project specifications.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict compliance with local safety and environmental authorities (e.g., DOSH/CIDB standards in Malaysia).
Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client to liaise with architects, structural engineers, and ID designer are all in compliance with client request.
