Project Manager (Construction)

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Planning and scheduling construction projects, establishing timelines, budgets and resource allocations to ensure efficient project delivery.

Managing project teams, including contractors, subcontractors and site staff, to ensure effective coordination and communication across all project phases.

Monitoring project progress against agreed milestones and KPIs, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to maintain project momentum.

Managing project budgets and costs, controlling expenditure and minimising waste whilst maintaining quality standards.

Liaising with clients, consultants and stakeholders to provide regular updates, manage expectations and resolve issues promptly.

Ensuring quality control measures are in place and that all work meets specified standards and contractual requirements.

Preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including reports, correspondence and records.

Identifying and managing project risks, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as required.

Coordinate and monitor construction works as per contract specifications and standards to ensure procedures are followed and materials used conform to specification and standards.

Supervise construction works and to ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instruction and etc..

SAFETY

To implement and monitor any and all relevant policies, procedures and work instructions as so defined in the Company’s Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System.

PROCUREMENT

Oversee purchasing activities for the entire project(s)

Monitor and control materials cost, cost savings and budget

TEAM MANAGEMENT

Execute the staffing process of the project team

Evaluate the performances on project team members

Consistently train and motivate staff at all levels to work as a team towards achieving the Company’s vision and objectives.

CLIENT SATISFACTION

Ensure the accomplishment of the outcomes/quality of the project is in accordance with Client’s expectation

OTHERS

To handle any relevant tasks assigned.
