Project Planner

Responsibilities

Update and maintain project schedules and progress reports to track performance against established goals.

Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to define and document project goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Coordinate with project teams on material planning, subcontractor awards, and workforce preparation in alignment with project schedules.

Analyse worker productivity data to validate estimated site work durations and monitor contractor and direct labour activities to ensure adequate resourcing for on-time project delivery.

Prepare, maintain, and organize comprehensive project documentation—including schedules, status reports, change logs, and meeting minutes—ensuring accuracy, currency, and proper record management.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or a relevant field.

Minimum 2 years of project management experience in the construction field; site experience of 2 years is a plus.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team. 

Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
