Property Management Executive

Requirements

Possess at least a Diploma or higher qualification in any field
Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of relevant experience is an added advantage
Willing to work at our office in Setapak, KL
Self-motivated with own transportation
Candidates with property subsales experience will have an added advantage.
Candidates with Mandarin proficiency (spoken, written, and comprehension) will be given priority.
Responsibilities

Responsible for managing properties efficiently by ensuring smooth operations & maintenance
Handle tenant inquiries, lease agreements, and rent collection
Monitor property expenses, budgets, and rental income
Conduct property market survey to assess suitability, condition, and compliance with standards
Attend to prospect enquiries
