Property Sales Executive

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Property Sales Executive to promote and sell our exciting properties.

Responsibilities:

Effectively promote and sell the company’s properties.

To achieve the sales targets as set by the Management.

Respond to sales enquiries via calls, emails and walk-ins in a professional and timely manner.

Conduct presentation and product viewing for potential buyers.

Provide purchasers with guidance on bank loan and end financing procedures.

Facilitate the collection of down payments and ensure timely signing of Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA) and loan approvals.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM or Diploma in Marketing, Business or related field.

At least 2 years of property sales experience. Fresh graduates who are passionate and eager to learn are encouraged to apply!

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin will be added advantage.

A confident, friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

Must possess own transport and be willing to work on weekends.
