Purchasing Clerk/Internship

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure Purchase Requisitions are properly approved by the Director.
• Issue Purchase Orders with approved prices or price comparisons.
• Verify purchased items meet required specifications and match purchase orders.
• Monitor delivery and shipment schedules closely to avoid delays.
• Coordinate with suppliers to replace rejected items promptly.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by superiors.
