Purchasing Executive

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough product research and identify potential new suppliers and vendors.

Source materials, goods, products, and services, ensuring the best value through effective negotiation of contracts and deals.

Perform inventory analysis and initiate timely reorders of stock and supplies.

Stay updated on market trends and emerging opportunities through regular market research.

Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and incoming stock.

Coordinate with shipping lines and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of cargo.

Attend product launches, trade shows, and industry networking events to stay connected with market developments.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

1–2 years of relevant experience in a purchasing or procurement role preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Willingness and ability to travel overseas as needed.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for negotiation.

Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities.

Analytical mindset with the ability to recognize market trends and make effective decisions under pressure.
