Our client is a global manufacturing company that has a strong presence in Malaysia. office based in Puncak Alam Selangor with occasional travel to Bangsar required.

Job Description

Source and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery reliability

Manage purchase orders, delivery timelines, and inventory coordination

Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize value

Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues

Track procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities

Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and sourcing opportunities

Maintain accurate procurement records and reports

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in procurement or sourcing roles, ideally in a manufacturing environment

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Multilingual is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing systems
