Purchasing Executive

- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory control, or supply chain.
- Hands-on experience in supplier sourcing, stock count, and inventory control is required.
- Experience in price negotiation, vendor management, and procurement processes will be an added advantage.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Applicants must be willing to work at Taman Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
- Mandarin is preferred as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
