Purchasing Officer for Retail Preloved Luxury

ALLU, the leading buying institution of Preloved Luxury Goods from Japan is expanding its business in Malaysia, looking for Retail Preloved Luxury Purchasing Officer candidates with below requirements:

Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Preloved Luxury Purchasing Officer located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Purchasing Officer will be responsible for managing secondhand luxury purchase from customers through good negotiating processes and excellence customer services.

Responsibilities:
Manage excellence store operation and good relationships with customers and partners.
Develop brand awareness through social media, pop-up events and/or local communities and response to incoming inquiries.
Manage purchasing activities with goods negotiation skills and authentication process involved.
Good customer handling and maintain customer engagement through CRM program.
Actively develop initiatives to achieve monthly purchase target.
Analyze local market situation and report to management periodically.
Manage operational reports.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree from reputable university.
Excellent personality with good communication & coordination skills.
Minimum of 1 year working experience in the same field.
Having knowledge in preloved luxury goods for bags, jewelry, and watches industry.
Able to work with word processing and spreadsheet software.
Proficiency in English is a must for work coordination with overseas team members.
