Your Role:
As a Purchasing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our lifestyle products are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and at the highest quality. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate competitive deals, and oversee the procurement process to support the dynamic needs of our fast-paced retail environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Order Management : Execute purchase order issuance, follow-up, and delivery coordination to ensure efficient supply chain operations.

Issue Resolution : Proactively address order-related exceptions (e.g., delays, quality issues) by coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Contract Negotiation : Lead supplier contract negotiations to optimize terms (pricing, payment terms, delivery conditions).

Cost Control : Reduce procurement costs through price comparison, negotiation, and supply chain optimization.

Reconciliation & Payment: Verify supplier invoices, manage payment processes, and ensure financial compliance.

Supplier Management: Develop, evaluate, and maintain supplier relationships to build a reliable supply network.

Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of procurement or purchasing experience, ideally within the retail, FMCG, or consumer goods industries.

Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a knack for resolving conflicts effectively.

Strong analytical skills to manage supply chains and forecast demand accurately.

Exceptional organizational and execution skills, with a proactive and positive approach to challenges.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Personality: Resilient under pressure, adaptable in a fast-moving environment, and highly motivated to deliver results.
