QA Engineer

Diploma/Degree in Engineering or an equivalent certificate.
At least 1 year of working experience in a related field.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Understanding of plastic manufacturing processes and standards.
Experience in ISO/QMS auditing and familiarity with 7 QC tools.
Responsibilities
Handle customer complaints and identify root causes.
Coordinate internal sorting and rework activities.
Monitor, analyze, and act upon daily production rejection data.
Compile quality reports and lead internal and customer quality review meetings.
Supervise and manage daily QC technician activities.
Assist in ISO/FSSC 22000 documentation and compliance requirements.
